For the 4th consecutive year Malcolm Drilling has recieved the ADSC-IAFD Safety Award. The ADSC-IAFD Safety Awards are presented annually to recognize outstanding achievement in combined field and shop safety efforts of ADSC Contractor and Associate Member companies. Malcolm Drilling has worked hard to obtain the excellent safety program and record we have today. We are committed to constantly working harder to make it even better.

Malcolm Drilling Company has a zero tolerance for lost time accidents and near miss incidents.

We have implemented a safety program that imposes these principles from all levels of management down to the individual workman in the field.

We stress the importance of every manager and employee taking an active role in looking out for his fellow employee to make sure he or she is working safely, is working in a safe environment, and has the necessary safety equipment to avoid accidents.

Malcolm Drilling has three full time safety engineers conducting spot checks of our job worksites and facilities. These safety engineers provide training classes to ensure that our workforce knows what is involved in providing safe work environments, and is familiar with every tool or piece of equipment they will be using in their work.

In addition to the safety training, Malcolm Drilling works to retain its workforce, believing that there are fewer accidents when each worker is familiar with the worker alongside them, and develops a commitment to making sure that every worker goes home safely every day.
