Hanover Riverwalk: Foundation Solutions for a High Rise in Fort Lauderdale
Hanover Riverwalk is a mixed-use high-rise development in the desirable Riverwalk district of downtown Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Standing 395 feet tall, the tower will feature 380 apartments and 2,700 square feet of restaurant and retail space.
Malcolm Drilling installed large-diameter, high-capacity CFA piles into deep limestone to meet the structural demands of this 35-story high-rise tower. Designed to withstand increased compressive, uplift, and lateral loads, the piles exemplify progressive engineering. Throughout the project, strict quality control measures were implemented during drilling and grouting to ensure all design requirements were met.
