Cliffhouse at Wynn Golf Course, Las Vegas
The Cliffhouse at Wynn Golf Course in Las Vegas is an 8,500-square-foot luxury clubhouse and lounge, thoughtfully integrated into the surrounding desert landscape. Built directly into a hillside, the structure will offer sweeping views of a dramatic manmade waterfall and feature a fully landscaped rooftop complete with a pro tee box at the first hole.
We have successfully delivered another design-build and design-assist solution. Its foundational scope of work included soldier pile and lagging shoring walls and rigid inclusion ground improvement of the underlying non-engineered fill materials. We are pleased to have worked with the Clark County Building Departments first rigid inclusion project in the Las Vegas area.
