The Seminole Hard Rock Casino & Hotel expansion was a high-profile project that added a new hotel tower and additional gaming space to an existing establishment. Malcolm installed an auger cast pile foundation that involved installation of 300 piles ranging in depth from 85 to 100 feet deep, adjacent to the existing casino. Malcolm worked closely with the client to develop a mutually beneficial work plan that was executed successfully to ensure the existing casino and hotel could remain fully operational during construction.
