Stadium TechCenter

The Stadium TechCenter project in Santa Clara includes a modern 227,500-square-foot, six-story office building featuring full-height glass on all sides and supported by a three-level underground parking structure. Malcolm Drilling provided the deep foundation system for the new structure, installing 385 Omega piles measuring 16 inches in diameter and 65 feet deep, along with 352 Omega tiedown anchors measuring 16 inches in diameter and 55 feet long. These elements delivered the necessary support for the building and its below-grade parking levels. The building sits in a prime location just minutes from Levi’s Stadium, the Santa Clara Convention Center, and Great America, and includes modern amenity spaces such as a café and fitness center. The facility is designed to meet LEED Silver standards.
