Malcolm, under contract with Swinerton Builders, will be installing over 800 Omega Piles for the Sacramento Downtown Plaza Tower project, a new 16-story, mixed use tower. The new facility will include a 250-room hotel, 69 luxury residential units, 35,000 sf of office spaces, and approximately 45,000 sf of retail spaces.

The Downtown Plaza Tower is adjacent to the new $477 million Kings Sports Arena and is part of a Design-Build initiative to revitalize the downtown area. We just completed the foundation works for the Arena and the adjacent training facilities using 18 and 24in Omega Piles as well as high capacity Micropiles.
